However, adjustments can be performed using different chiropractic techniques, some of which are gentler and do not make that sound, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/clinicaduarteportas.pt\/en\/quiropratica-dnft\/\"><u>DNFT technique<\/u><\/a>.
