Hi. My name is Duarte Portas and I have been a chiropractor since 2015, graduated from the university Madrid College of Chiropractic (MCC).<\/p>

Before graduating in chiropractic, I graduated in Management from Lisbon School of Economics & Management (ISEG). During this period, I used to accompany my mother for back treatments due to a chronic problem, and it was there that I had my first contact with chiropractic. As I realized the potential and benefits of chiropractic on the human body, my passion was born. I then decided to completely redirect my career and after finishing my degree, I headed to Spain, where I stayed for 5 years to get my chiropractic degree.<\/p>

After graduating in 2015, I practiced at Bonneterre Chiropractic Clinic (Hondarribia, Spain), before returning to Portugal in 2016 and opening\u00a0<\/span>Duarte Portas Chiropractic Clinic<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

I constantly seek to prepare myself for clinical practice with the greatest knowledge and sensitivity needed for health care. To this end, I often deepen my knowledge through training and sharing with my colleagues. I specialized in <\/span>D.N.F.T.\u00ae \u2013\u00a0<\/span>Directional Non-Force Technique <\/span><\/u><\/a>and I use it as my main tool, while also using other techniques, always adapting according to the specificities and needs of each patient.\u00a0<\/p>

I am also part of the board of directors of the Portuguese Chiropractors Association<\/u><\/a>, responsible for representing chiropractic in Portugal.<\/span><\/p>

I am passionate about what I do and feel privileged to have the opportunity to help improve the lives of my patients.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

I currently practice, through Duarte Portas Chiropractic Clinic, in the areas of Lisbon and Beira Alta (Soito).<\/p>
